An interior buildout for repeat client Brixmor, and their new tenant Burn Boot Camp, a national fitness franchise. Scope of work included new bathrooms, a new interior vestibule, additional HVAC equipment and distribution, all new LED lighting and oversized fan above gym area, a raised floor in the gym area, fresh finishes and paints per Burn Boot Camp’s branding standards, and a monkey bar system suspended from the roof deck.
