Victor Construction has completed our 2nd project for client PPG, a national paints retailer. Located at 415 N. Damen Ave. in Chicago, the buildout and renovation work included the demolition of the lease space’s interior, new plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems. Work included the renovation of the building’s exterior with the removal of the existing overhead doors, E.I.F.S. in-fills and details along with masonry repairs and repaint of the building’s exterior. The interior work included a new topping slab to level the interior floor slab, new partitions, ceilings and all new lighting along with a completely new plumbing and electrical systems.
