Victor led a buildout on Colgate’s 18,000 square foot office space, located in a class A building in Schaumburg, IL. In collaboration with property manager Transwestern and JDJ Architects, the finished office at 1700 E. Golf Road featured full height glass entry doors, multiple break rooms, conference rooms, and a renovated open floor plan for cubicles. The distinctive Colgate red was featured throughout, creating a cohesive, brand-focused environment.
