Victor managed an interior renovation for Intelligent Office at 625 N. Michigan Ave, Suite 1000, a virtual office and staffing services company. This is the first downtown Chicago location for Intelligent Office. The new 4,250 square foot space includes private offices, conference rooms and reception area. This project was completed in partnership with Intelligent Office, construction management company Project Vision Group, property management company Tishman-Speyer and Earles Architects & Associates.
