Thanks to the efforts of Victor’s new PM Mark Riedy, we were awarded a ground-up project for new clients North Star Realty and Little Minds Learning Center in Naperville! Little Minds offers premiere and affordable childcare and education for children six weeks to six years old.
Located at 2 Gateway Court in Bolingbrook, Victor Construction completed an office remodel for new tenant Unipart Logistics. Awarded by Duke Real Estate property management company, Victor reached substantial completion in July of 2017. Victor was awarded another project directly through Unipart in August, performing additional renovations at this same location.
We have reached substantial completion on another CBRE/Food Barz project. Riverway Plaza was in need of a new lunch spot, and Victor Construction led the extensive renovations on a pre-existing restaurant space in need of some major repairs and clean up.
Wrapping up in January 2019, we completed our 3rd SAIC project, renovating the security guard desk in the lobby of 116 S. Michigan. The desk area was in need of more seating and storage space, better lighting, and improved sight lines, while keeping the design aesthetic of existing SAIC finishes.
