Located at 2 Gateway Court in Bolingbrook, Victor Construction completed an office remodel for new tenant Unipart Logistics. Awarded by Duke Real Estate property management company, Victor reached substantial completion in July of 2017. Victor was awarded another project directly through Unipart in August, performing additional renovations at this same location.
Wrapping up in January 2019, we completed our 3rd SAIC project, renovating the security guard desk in the lobby of 116 S. Michigan.
